This 230-hectare property will not only supply meat and produce to Rivero's acclaimed restaurants, El Preferido de Palermo and the Michelin-starred Don Julio but also functions as a therapeutic escape where visitors can book reservations to enjoy a meal amidst the tranquil countryside.

The farm, formerly known as Las dos Manos, was transformed by Rivero with the intent of ensuring high-quality ingredients for his restaurants, which have earned notable accolades, including a place among the 50 Best restaurants in the world.
