A 60-year-old fugitive, who had been evading justice on charges of homicide, was arrested on the morning of January 16 on the Amaral Peixoto Highway in the Santo Antônio neighborhood of Tamoios, Cabo Frio, in the Lakes Region of Rio de Janeiro.
