The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) in Greece has announced that its application for submitting property declaration forms (E9) for the year 2026 will not be available starting from Thursday, February 19. This unavailability is a result of the authority's work on the tax assessment process for the ENFIA (Single Property Tax) for 2026, which includes administrative determinations related to property calculations. During this period, the application for 2027 E9 declarations will also be temporarily unavailable from 9:00 to 13:00 on the same day.
Despite the unavailability of the E9 services for the specified years, AADE confirmed that all other functionalities related to the Property Registry will remain operational. This includes access to ENFIA certificates and submissions of E9 declarations for the years 2010 to 2025, which will be fully accessible throughout the duration of the scheduled work. The temporary suspension is part of the authority’s efforts to streamline tax administration and improve the accuracy of property taxation data.
