Plenković: Some countries will send soldiers to Ukraine, Croatia will not

Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković stated that while some countries are willing to send soldiers to Ukraine for peacekeeping efforts, Croatia will contribute through diplomatic efforts and military aid packages instead.
