A man has turned himself in after being accused of hitting and leaving for dead an 18-year-old woman who was returning home from university in the city of La Plata, Argentina. The incident occurred at the intersection of 3 and 96, where the young woman was found by authorities following a 911 call reporting a deceased person in the public space. The investigation, carried out by the DDI La Plata alongside personnel from the Airport Detachment, led to the capture of the suspect.
