Sonja Misiņa, a gifted percussionist currently studying at MIKC "Ventspils Mūzikas vidusskola", has emerged victorious in the prestigious "Latvian Young Virtuoso" competition. With a track record of winning awards in both national and international contests, including the Valdis Vikmanis Young Performers Competition and the "Inese Galante Talents" competition, her achievements highlight her exceptional talent and dedication.
Her performance experience is impressive, having appeared as a soloist with an orchestra at the opening concert of the Liepāja Star Festival, and engaging in various interdisciplinary and contemporary music projects, as well as concerts at the Dzintaru Concert Hall.
