Office building Punkt receives occupancy permit. Moves coming soon

The six-story office building Punkt in Gdańsk has received its occupancy permit and will be welcoming tenants shortly, with significant interest from major companies.

The newly constructed six-story office building, Punkt, located on Nad Stawem Street in the Wrzeszcz district of Gdańsk, has recently been granted an occupancy permit. This prime location benefits from being close to key transport and commercial hubs, making it an attractive site for businesses. The building offers a substantial rental space of nearly 12,600 square meters and has been designed by the architectural firm APA Wojciechowski, ensuring a modern and functional design that meets contemporary office needs.

Upcoming moves into the building are anticipated within the next few months, as finishing works on the office spaces are nearly complete. Currently, the building is 85% leased, with Arla Foods' Shared Services Center as the main tenant, set to occupy nearly 10,000 square meters of the space. Their relocation is scheduled for this quarter, highlighting the demand for office space in the area and the growing presence of multinational companies in the region.

In addition to Arla Foods, local IT firms are also among the tenants preparing to move into Punkt, with negotiations ongoing for additional leases. This trend reflects a broader shift towards increased office space usage in urban areas of Poland, signaling a recovery and expansion in commercial real estate in light of post-pandemic workplace adaptations.
