In Kanpur, a disturbing incident unfolded when a 10-year-old boy was kidnapped by YouTubers demanding a ransom of ₹2 lakh. The boy's family was left frantic after he went missing, prompting them to launch a search for him. Fortunately, approximately two hours later, the kidnappers returned the child, explaining it was merely a prank, although this explanation did little to ease the alarm and distress caused by the ordeal. The boy’s mother subsequently lodged a complaint with the police at the Gujaini police station, leading to an investigation.
