Motorcyclist dies in accident on SP-310; one person in serious condition

According to reports, the driver of the truck did not see the motorcycle prior to the collision and only became aware of the impact when he heard it hit the vehicle's wheel.
The concessionaire responsible for the road, Ecovias Noroeste, reported that the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the crash. Meanwhile, the passenger riding with him was severely injured and was taken to Santa Casa for medical attention; however, she succumbed to her injuries and died at the hospital. The identities of the victims have not yet been released, adding to the grieving surrounding this unfortunate incident.
