Will it rain during Carnival? Know how the weather will be in ES during the days of revelry
The weather in Espírito Santo during Carnival is expected to be sunny and hot with no rain forecasted until Wednesday.
Carnival revelers in Espírito Santo can look forward to sunny and hot weather this upcoming festival. According to the Capixaba Institute of Research, Technical Assistance, and Rural Extension (Incaper), the region will experience clear skies and high temperatures, with maximums reaching up to 35°C in the south and 34°C in the north over the weekend. From Saturday (February 14) to Wednesday (February 17), there will be no forecast for rain across any region of the state, making conditions ideal for outdoor celebrations.
As the week progresses, the heat will continue, with plenty of sun and dry conditions persisting until next Wednesday. Coastal areas may experience moderate wind gusts on Wednesday, particularly between the south of the state and Greater Vitória, but again, no rain is expected. This stable weather pattern creates a perfect backdrop for Carnival festivities as locals and visitors alike enjoy the outdoor events.
However, a change in weather is anticipated beginning Thursday (February 19), when a hot and muggy day could give way to sporadic showers and thunderstorms. This shift in the weather may affect the later part of Carnival celebrations, as the possibility of rain introduces a variable that revelers will need to consider as they plan their activities.
