The Latvian Puppet Theatre has released a music album titled 'Cranberries and Blueberries' to commemorate its 80th anniversary, available on various streaming platforms ahead of Valentine's Day.

As Valentine's Day approaches, the Latvian Puppet Theatre (LLT) has digitally released a music album titled 'Cranberries and Blueberries' celebrating the theatre's 80th anniversary. This album, curated by actress Dace Vītola, compiles the historical musical heritage of the theatre and will be accessible to listeners worldwide starting February 14. It aims not only to provide enjoyment but also to serve as a resource for music education and performances in schools and ensembles.

In 2025, an edition of sheet music will be released under the Musica Baltica label, which includes selected songs and instrumental themes designed for use as teaching materials in music schools. This initiative allows aspiring musicians, choirs, and ensembles to incorporate the theatre's music into their repertoire while also enjoying the compositions for leisure.

Additionally, several songs will be available with instrumental accompaniment in MP3 format, enabling performances with piano or instrumental tracks that closely replicate the songs' original sounds. The sheet music will also be available for purchase in PDF format, making it accessible for educators and musicians eager to explore the musical offerings of the Latvian Puppet Theatre.
