After removing some flowerpots on Karaimų Street, the KPD closed the case against the administration leader

The court reviewed the case against the Vilnius administrative leader and dismissed it after finding no administrative violation.

The Vilnius municipality announced on Friday that the Cultural Heritage Department (KPD) had reopened and subsequently closed a case against D. Daudaitė, the administration leader, after a legal dispute arose last year concerning the installation of a movable barrier, traffic regulation measures, and small architectural elements such as flowerpots, benches, and trash bins on Karaimų Street. The Vilnius regional district court mandated the KPD to review the case due to previous non-compliance allegations. Upon re-examination, the KPD concluded that there was insufficient evidence of an administrative wrongdoing linked to the municipal leader in relation to the street's modifications.
