Housing prices in Šiauliai, Lithuania, have seen significant growth in 2025, with projections for continued trends into the autumn.
According to data from the Registrų centras, Šiauliai saw the purchase of 1,539 apartments and 253 houses in 2025, marking increases of 22.9% and 22.4% respectively compared to 2024. At the end of last year, the average price of apartments in Šiauliai was reported at €1,273 per square meter, which is an 11% increase from the previous year. Additionally, typical prices for older apartments in residential neighborhoods currently range between €1,200 and €1,800 per square meter, while newly built apartments with partial finishing are priced around €2,000 to €2,800 per square meter.
