SP spokesperson missing, did not return home after attending a ceremony

SP spokesperson Manoj Yadav has been missing since Tuesday night after attending a relative's ceremony in Kakori.

Manoj Yadav, a spokesperson for the Samajwadi Party, has been reported missing since Tuesday night, after attending a Tilak ceremony in the Kakori area. Family members stated that he left his home to attend a relative's function but did not return afterwards. After waiting for him late into the night, the family commenced a search but found no trace of him.

Witnesses confirmed that Yadav attended the ceremony, which concluded, but after leaving, his mobile phone became unreachable. His family attempted to contact him throughout the night with no success. Consequently, they filed a missing person's report at the Gomti Nagar police station in Lucknow, prompting the police to begin their investigation. Initial information suggests that authorities are reviewing nearby CCTV footage and preparing to question attendees of the event.

Family members expressed concern, stating that Yadav typically does not leave without informing anyone and had no known disputes that might lead to his sudden disappearance. His relatives described him as a person of good character with many friends, which adds an element of worry to the situation as the search progresses for more clues about his whereabouts.
