A 19-year-old driver crashed her car into a pole in Franca, Brazil, while attempting to remove a bee from inside the vehicle.

In Franca, SΓ£o Paulo, a 19-year-old woman crashed her car into a utility pole after losing control of the vehicle while trying to remove a bee that had entered her car. The incident occurred on Avenida Adhemar Pereira de Barros as she was on her way to work. She reported to the police that her fear of the bee caused her to panic and inadvertently veer off course, resulting in the crash.

The impact of the collision not only damaged the car but also caused the light pole to break and fall onto the vehicle. Emergency responders from the Corpo de Bombeiros arrived on the scene, where the young driver received treatment for minor injuries and was subsequently taken to a local hospital, the pronto-socorro Álvaro Azzuz.

Authorities, including the Military Police, were dispatched to the scene and had to close part of the avenue near Avenida Presidente Vargas due to the damage caused. Teams from the local telecommunications and electrical utility company, CPFL, were also present to address the fallen pole and restore safety in the area.
