Arche Group has calculated its profits. "The niche we operate in is on the rise"

Arche, Poland's largest domestic hotel chain, reports significant growth and is advancing its ambitious 'Arche 2030' strategy to expand its hotel portfolio.

Arche, the largest Polish hotel network with domestic capital, comprises around 2,000 investors owning over 3,500 hotel rooms and apartments. The company has already constructed over 12,000 residential units and is set to open new hotel locations: Arche Metalowiec Muszyna and Arche Garnizon Białystok, increasing its total room count to nearly 5,000. This expansion reflects its commitment to cater to a growing market in Poland.

The operational success of Arche coincides with the launch of its key developmental strategy known as 'Arche 2030', which has a budget of 3 billion PLN. This strategic plan aims to increase the company's hotel count to 50 and total rooms to 10,000. The CEO, Władysław Grochow, emphasizes the company's ability to diversify its funding sources and maintain flexibility, particularly as they attract attention from major global banks and funds while remaining focused on their roots with small Polish investors.

The rise in Arche's fortunes comes at a time when the hospitality sector is recovering post-pandemic, and the company is well-positioned to capture market share. With their extensive network and growth plans, Arche is not only enhancing its value but also contributing to the broader economic landscape by providing increased accommodation options and residential developments in Poland. Their strategy signifies confidence in the local market dynamics and a commitment to sustainable expansion.
