The severe conditions particularly affected the Siderlândia neighborhood, where a tragic event resulted in the death of a 5-year-old girl after she and three family members were buried under a landslide.
In the aftermath, the Civil Defense agency confirmed that there were 20 people displaced and 6 others who had to evacuate their homes due to the destruction. To assist those affected, donation points have been established in local neighborhoods, including Nova Esperança, to facilitate community support.
