A man was shot in front of an evangelical church in Boa Vista, Brazil, while he was reportedly following his routine of asking for water.

In the morning hours of Wednesday, November 11, a man, whose identity has not yet been revealed, was shot in the chest in front of an evangelical church located in the 13 de Setembro neighborhood of Boa Vista, Brazil. According to the church pastor, the victim frequently passed by the church to ask for water, and this routine led to the tragic event where he was shot three times by an unidentified assailant.

The pastor was inside the church cleaning when he heard the gunshots and took cover in a nearby room for safety. Following the incident, the Military Police were alerted and swiftly arrived at the scene. They reported that the victim was quickly taken to the General Hospital of Roraima (HGR) for medical attention. Additionally, law enforcement collected the victim's bicycle and recovered shell casings from the crime scene, furthering their investigation into the incident.

As of now, no motive has been established for the shooting. The police are actively searching for the suspect involved in the shooting, emphasizing the urgency of resolving the case.
