The first season of the 'CinéBaltique' festival last year surprised organizers with full houses and great interest in both short and feature films. This success has prompted a decision to make the festival an annual event. Additionally, this year introduced a significant innovation—a special professional day that brings together producers from France and the Baltic states. The head of the National Film Center of Latvia, Dita Rietuma, highlighted the unprecedented intensity and focus of collaboration workshops between Latvian, Baltic, and French producers during this festival.
