A serious incident involving suspected energy leakage from high-voltage lines has led to the complete closure of a portion of Avenida Ipiranga in Porto Alegre. The closure affects the area between Avenida Getúlio Vargas and Érico Veríssimo in the direction towards the city center. Authorities from the Empresa Pública de Transporte e Circulação (EPTC), along with the Civil Defense and CEEE Equatorial, mobilized to manage the situation during the morning.
