Situated in Sulustvere village, Põltsamaa municipality, Õnne farm shop has been operational for three months and has attracted customers from various parts of Estonia, including Ida-Virumaa, Viljandi, Kehras, Keila, and Tallinn. Sarap encourages customer interaction through a feedback book in the store, where visitors can share their impressions and suggestions. Recently, she addressed one customer's feedback about the absence of sauerkraut by sourcing it from Setumaa for the holidays, showcasing her commitment to customer satisfaction.
The shop not only serves as a platform for small producers but also fosters a sense of community by bringing together people from diverse locations.
