In Tallinn, a cornerstone was laid for the new Endel Tulving Health House at the Ülemiste City health campus, marking an important step in the development of the healthcare cluster. The building, set to be completed in 2027, will make Ülemiste City the largest private capital-based healthcare facility in the Baltics. The new health house aims to provide a wide range of preventative and curative healthcare services, fostering innovation within the healthcare sector.
The health house will host its anchor tenant, Pihlakodu, a provider of modern nursing home services. This partnership will enhance the offerings at the health campus, which was conceptualized in 2018 and has since evolved significantly, becoming one of the key healthcare service providers in the region. The CEO of Mainor Ülemiste, Sten Pärnits, emphasized the importance of this project in covering comprehensive health services throughout a person's life cycle.
The completion of the Endel Tulving Health House will also mark the third and final construction phase for the Ülemiste City health campus, expanding the health cluster's area by more than 27,000 square meters. This development not only aims to improve healthcare accessibility but also positions the region as a leader in health services in the Baltics, supporting various innovative health service approaches and models.
