The 'Izoa Boom Boom Car' service in Gwangmyeong City, aimed at assisting pregnant women and families with infants, has received positive feedback from its users, showcasing an increase in both membership and service usage over multiple years. As of late last year, the service had accumulated 2,355 subscribers, a notable rise from previous years, indicating a growing demand among families needing assistance with transportation for medical appointments and other necessary travel. The program allows users to access a free vehicle with appropriate safety features for children, addressing the challenges many families face without personal vehicles.
Since its inception, the service has become particularly popular among those who find it difficult to travel with young children. Testimonials from users highlight how the Izoa Boom Boom Car has alleviated some of the burdens of parenting, especially for those managing multiple children. The city operates a fleet that includes three specially equipped cars and female drivers, ensuring both comfort and safety for users.
