The Argentine Minister of Economy, Luis Caputo, has announced that the government will issue a call for public tenders, both national and international, for the construction, operation, and management of more than 2,500 kilometers of national routes. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the infrastructure necessary for efficient transportation across several provinces, including Buenos Aires, La Pampa, Santa Fe, Córdoba, and San Luis. The announcement is expected to take place this Wednesday, reflecting the government's commitment to infrastructure development as part of its broader economic strategy.

The tender will be divided into four key segments: the Mediterranean route, which spans 672 kilometers, focuses on improving regional competition by connecting the country’s productive center; the Puntano route, measuring 720 kilometers, is intended to facilitate inter-provincial connectivity and long-distance cargo transportation; the Southern Port route, covering 637 kilometers, will strategically connect important ports and logistics hubs, crucial for exports and regional economies; and finally, the Northern Port route, stretching 528 kilometers, will also play a role in enhancing access to vital trading points.

This major infrastructure project not only stands to streamline national transportation and improve logistical capabilities but also is anticipated to stimulate economic growth in the involved provinces.
