This unsettling advice came after five individuals, including Juliana's husband and a teenager, suffered from signs of intoxication during the same swimming session.

On Saturday, July 7, after Juliana's death post swimming class, Severino sought to contact the gym owner, named Celso, but was unable to reach him until hours later. This delay raises questions about the owner’s awareness and response to the unfolding crisis, especially since multiple individuals required medical attention for their condition.

Currently, the 42nd Police District in Parque São Lucas is probing the circumstances surrounding this incident, with the gym's owners expected to provide testimony.
