Security cameras recorded the moment when the young girl was seen playing outside a house before stepping off the curb and walking closer to the street, where the incident took place.

In the video footage, a woman approaches the girl and picks her up, beginning to walk away with her. However, another woman, who was walking in the opposite direction, noticed the situation unfolding and quickly intervened. This brave individual managed to take the child from the arms of the suspect, allowing the young girl to escape back to her home, while the kidnapper fled the scene.

The Civil Police confirmed that the investigation is being led by the 24th Integrated Police District (DIP), and they are actively pursuing leads related to the case. This incident raises alarming concerns about child safety in public spaces, and as the investigation continues, local authorities are urging parents and guardians to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities in their neighborhoods.
