The State Department of Transit of Amazonas (Detran-AM) has announced the opening of 990 vacancies for free courses offered by the Public Traffic School (Eptran) in Manaus. These courses will cater to various needs, including in-person classes during the morning and afternoon, as well as online options. Interested individuals can register via the official website, highlighting Detran-AM's aim to enhance road safety education among the public.
Classes are set to commence on February 23, offering a range of topics aimed at improving driving skills and safety awareness. Morning sessions will include courses on Defensive Driving, with 30 spots available, and First Aid in Adverse Conditions with 50 spots. In the afternoon, there are offerings in Fundamentals of Traffic Legislation, Basic Mechanics, and School Transport Monitoring, aiming to educate participants on critical aspects of road usage and vehicle maintenance.
Additionally, there are online courses available including School Transport Monitoring, Basic Mechanics, and several Defensive Driving classes.
