Sergeant Kennon Ribeiro de Fonseca Neres, aged 52, was a distinguished member of the Rotam police unit in Aparecida de Goiânia, where he tragically lost his life. He is notably remembered for a significant change in the appearance of the police force's vehicles, as he was responsible for the introduction of the first black vehicle in the Rotam fleet. This change came about when he and his team decided, without authorization, to paint a police vehicle black instead of the traditional white and blue. His decision was prompted by a suggestion from the owner of the paint shop, who remarked that a black vehicle would present a more appealing image.
