The report provides a detailed list of job positions available, which includes roles such as armed blacksmiths, armed carpenters, and formworkers, with starting salaries beginning at 14,250 pounds (around $300). For highly specialized roles like argon welders, salaries can start from 35,000 pounds, while electric welders start at 25,000 pounds (approximately $530).
