Agespisa extends deadline for debt regularization by another 15 days; find out how to negotiate

Agespisa has extended the deadline for joining its Debt Regularization Program by 15 days, allowing customers to settle their debts with various discounts and payment options.

Agespisa (Águas e Esgotos do Piauí S/A), the water and sewage concessionaire in Piauí, Brazil, has announced a 15-day extension for customers to enroll in its Debt Regularization Program (PRD). This resolution was formalized in an official gazette published on February 10, 2026. This initiative is designed to help individuals, businesses, and public agencies settle their overdue debts with the company while retaining previously established terms such as discounts and payment facilitation options.

Under the program, Agespisa offers substantial discounts on late fees and interest, which can reach up to 100%. Customers have the option to parcel their debts over 24 months, with a minimum down payment of 20% and monthly payments beginning at R$ 50. Moreover, those opting to pay their debts in full can benefit from discounts exceeding 50% of the principal amount owed, making the program an attractive option for many.

To facilitate negotiations, customers can easily access the Agespisa website and click on the dedicated section for debt settlement. This user-friendly mechanism is part of Agespisa’s efforts to ensure that all clients have the opportunity to regularize their financial responsibilities and avoid further penalties, thereby fostering a sense of compliance and financial responsibility within the community.
