A 23-year-old man named Carlos Daniel Feitosa de Souza has been arrested in São Mateus, Espírito Santo, as part of an investigation into the murder of Antônio de Lira Rodrigues, whose body was discovered in a burned vehicle on the side of BR-381 in Minas Gerais.
