A. Burkšas, a member of the Neringa Council, has officially announced his suspension from the Democratic Union 'For Lithuania'. This decision comes during a critical time as large-scale corruption investigations are being conducted by the Special Investigations Service (STT). The timing raises questions about the motivations behind Burkšas's exit from the party, especially since he did not specifically comment on whether his decision is linked to the ongoing legal issues.
