An off-duty military police officer, who was passing by, responded swiftly upon discovering the gravely injured victim lying on the ground, who was at imminent risk of death due to significant blood loss.

The officer, part of the 46th Battalion of the Military Police, demonstrated remarkable skill and urgency in an emergency situation. He utilized a tactical tourniquet he had on him and applied it effectively to the amputated limb to stop the excessive bleeding.
