The offer is based on a 'First Come, First Serve' principle, allowing the earliest registrants to select their preferred flats first, reflecting a strategy aimed at encouraging swift decision-making among potential buyers.

The promotion includes flats in several cities, namely Awadh Vihar and Vrindavan Yojana in Lucknow, Mandola Vihar in Ghaziabad, as well as in Meerut, Agra, and Moradabad. Homebuyers can avail of a 15% discount if they make a complete payment within 60 days of allotment, while those who pay between 61 to 90 days will receive a 10% discount.
