The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) in Kenya has opened a public consultation period regarding the construction of a significant real estate development known as the NSSF 'twin tower' project. This proposal, located at a prominent intersection in Nairobi's Central Business District, entails two towers with one standing 60 storeys tall and the other at 35 storeys. These towers will feature residential apartments, extensive parking facilities, and essential utilities to support the urban infrastructure.
