The futsal championship match ended 20:0
In an extraordinary match in the Estonian futsal championship, Ravens Futsal defeated FC Inter with a staggering score of 20:0.
This past weekend, the 12th round of the Estonian futsal championship showcased an astonishing match where Ravens Futsal overwhelmed FC Inter with a score of 20:0. Such a high score in futsal is particularly notable as it reflects the two halves of play rather than a forfeited match, as might be seen in basketball. The match was largely dominated by Ravens, which indicated their strong performance against a team that has yet to register a victory in the league.
Ravens Futsal, last season's silver medalist, demonstrated their prowess by scoring 9 goals in the first half and an additional 11 in the second, effectively overwhelming their opponents as the game progressed. The Tartu teams faced off, and the Ravens took control early, with the score at 2:0 before they struck another seven goals in the final seven minutes of the first half alone. This rapid succession of goals not only showcased Ravens' offensive skills but also highlighted the struggles faced by FC Inter, who remain winless in their debut season in the league.
Ken-Krister Uuspalu was the standout player of the match, netting five goals in total, while Lehar Savikink contributed four. Other significant contributions came from Markus Lokk and Volodymyr Khyzhevskyi, who each scored three goals. Ravens' goalkeeper, Rene Kolsar, even joined the scoring after confidently converting a penalty kick, sealing the match at 13:0 at that moment. The only notable moment for FC Inter was their goalkeeper Ilja Kachkin, who received a red card after accumulating two yellow cards during the match, a reflection of their difficult outing on the court.
