"The Beautiful Helen in the Valley of Dead Lovers" Continues Its Theatrical Journey
The musical theatrical production "The Beautiful Helen in the Valley of Dead Lovers" is set to continue its performance at the RADAR Theatre in Athens after a successful premiere.
Following the immense success of its premiere at the Athens Concert Hall and receiving excellent reviews, the musical theater production "The Beautiful Helen in the Valley of Dead Lovers" will continue its theatrical journey at the RADAR Theatre starting Monday, February 16, with performances every Monday and Tuesday. The script and dramaturgy are by Dr. Konstantinos Bouras, with Georgía Zoí playing the role of Helen under the direction of Kostis Kapelonis.
An interesting highlight is Georgía Zoí's debut as an actress in a theatrical venue where she pursued her studies, leveraging her background as an architect. Recently, she has also won an award for Best Actress for her performance in the play "Amber Alert" at the 17th International Monodrama Festival "MONOAKT" in Pristina. Through a deeply human and political approach, her performance touches the core of the woman's experience, showcasing the emotional depth and complexity of the character.
The ongoing performances reflect not only the production's artistic merit but also its relevance in addressing themes of love and loss, resonating with audiences in these contemporary times. As the show progresses, it is poised to engage more viewers and spark important conversations about the female experience in both historical and modern contexts.
