In Araxá, located in the Alto Paranaíba region of Brazil, a 36-year-old man was fatally shot on the afternoon of a Friday, following a chase by armed criminals. According to the Military Police, the victim was struck by at least three bullets after attempting to escape from his assailants. Eyewitness accounts and security camera footage revealed that as the victim walked on the sidewalk with others, a vehicle approached, and two men exited, trying to apprehend him. Despite the initial attempt to grab him, the victim managed to flee on foot down Travessa Alagoas, but was ultimately caught and shot by the attackers.
