Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umar Radda, recently announced an initiative to automatically employ the best graduating students of Umaru Musa Yar'adua University, contingent upon the completion of their National Youth Service Corps. This policy was revealed during the university's 14th convocation ceremony, where Radda himself received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration, indicating his commitment to education and public service.
