The USA completely rejects the IMO's NZF

Marco M. Sylvester, the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Transportation Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, clearly stated the U.S. position on the decarbonization of shipping and the so-called Net-Zero Framework (NZF) of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) during a panel discussion at the 16th Greek shipping conference.
