Photo of Aunt Ciata's house, site of samba's pioneering meetings, found for the first time

The General Archive of the City of Rio de Janeiro has discovered a previously unseen photograph of the house in Praça Onze where Hilária Batista de Almeida, known as Aunt Ciata, lived and hosted early 20th-century samba gatherings.
