Carnival 2026: SP City Hall makes exception and extends hours of two mega blocks

The Ricardo Nunes administration has allowed two mega blocks to parade until 7 PM during the 2026 Carnival in São Paulo, extending their hours beyond the initial limit of 6 PM.
