Conditions for the EU's 90 billion euro loan to Ukraine

EU ambassadors agreed on Wednesday the terms of a 90 billion euro aid loan to Ukraine for the years 2026 and 2027, providing 30 billion for budget needs and 60 billion for arms purchases.
