EU approved a loan of 90 billion euros to Ukraine for defense and budget

The EU has reached an agreement to provide a 90 billion euro loan to Ukraine to cover its financial and military needs for 2026 and 2027, with the first payment expected in early April to ensure continuity of foreign aid.
