STF authorizes PF to investigate federal deputy for 'PIX Amendment' of R$ 3 million allocated to a municipality in MT

The Supreme Federal Court (STF) has authorized the Federal Police (PF) to investigate possible irregularities concerning a R$ 3 million special transfer amendment, known as 'PIX amendment', made by federal deputy Emanuel Pinheiro Neto to the municipality of Dom Aquino in Mato Grosso for 2024.
