Inep does not make high school completion declaration available via Enem for some candidates; 'we are desperate,' says student

A number of candidates over 18 seeking to use their Enem 2025 scores to obtain a high school diploma have been unable to issue the necessary document, as the declaration button has not appeared for everyone.
