Court protects 'El Tío', compadre of 'El Chapo'; requests the return of one million dollars

A Federal Court has granted protection to Jesús Raúl Beltrán Uriarte, known as El Tío, and has ordered the Federal Attorney General's Office to return over one million dollars seized nearly 20 years ago.
