Overtime Pay Also Applicable When Classes Do Not Take Place

Starting January 1, 2026, teachers will be entitled to remuneration for unrealized overtime hours, even when classes are canceled for reasons beyond their control, under a significant amendment to the Teacher's Charter recently published in the Official Journal.
