Hyundai abandons the possibility of buying back the factory sold to Russia for pennies

Hyundai, once the largest foreign car manufacturer in Russia, has definitively decided not to buy back its St. Petersburg factory sold two years ago for around 80 euros to Russian firm AGR Automotive Group.
