Iranians reveal the bloody toll of the war. A thousand and a half victims, including children

According to Iranian state broadcaster Irib, over 1,500 people have died in American-Israeli attacks, with more than 200 of them being under 18.

The Iranian state broadcaster Irib reports that since the beginning of the conflict in late February, over 1,500 individuals have lost their lives due to American and Israeli attacks, including more than 200 minors. Additionally, 21,000 people have required medical assistance, highlighting the severe impact of the war on the nation's healthcare infrastructure. The broadcaster notes that 220 healthcare centers have been evacuated and the attacks have resulted in 21 medical workers dead and 103 injured.

Currently, hospitals are treating 970 patients, including 53 children under the age of two, underscoring the ongoing healthcare crisis. The destruction of 48 emergency response bases has severely hindered their ability to provide timely assistance to the injured. The situation remains dire as medical facilities struggle to cope with the influx of casualties while also dealing with the logistical challenges posed by ongoing hostilities.

In retaliation, Iran has responded vigorously to the American and Israeli attacks. An Iranian ballistic missile hit the city center of Arad in Israel, resulting in at least 65 injuries, several of them serious, according to Israeli rescue services. This escalation reflects the broader tensions and the potential for further violence in the region, making it a critical situation with significant humanitarian implications as civilians both in Iran and Israel face increasing threats to safety and wellbeing.
